Conservation stewardship begins with our operational footprint. We purposefully endeavor to conserve resources needed to support our manufacturing sites. We consistently look for ways to reduce our carbon footprint to ensure our operations are sustainable for years to come. Our manufacturing sites can consume substantial amounts of resources, and are controlled 100% by us, so we focus significant efforts around environmental stewardship inside and outside our facilities.

ESR and Fayman Food Group partner with existing primary harvesting operations and identify areas of opportunity to optimize carcass utilization and product valuation. Whether taking products down the street or to the opposite side of the planet, there is a “best market” for all products.
